A virtual department store has opened in Selfridge Metaverse, UK

British department store chain Selfridge Metavers has opened a virtual store in Decentland as part of Fashion Week, a 3D virtual social platform, joining more than 70 brands, artists and designers to create a new experience at the ‘junction of fashion and technology’. It featured exclusive Universe NFTs by Paco Rabanne and Fondation Vasarely.

“This is the first meta department store in the history of Web3 and anyone can see it. Interact as a guest or attach your crypto wallet to access all features, protecting your world progress and digital assets, “the company said in a LinkedIn post.

The first Metavers Fashion Week was held March 24-27.
