Gap, Corrosion launches digital collection; Adidas has come up with a digital avatar

To celebrate the arrival of the latest Ozworld collection for Adidas Originals, it has partnered with Ready Player Me to launch its first personality-based AI-generated avatar platform that will allow each unique avatar to freely cross metavars across more than 1,500 apps and game users. They can animate and test their avatars, as well as try digitally and buy sneakers from the collection.
Gap Launch is based on the gamification of its first NFT launch, which allows customers to create their NFT collection with several drops at different levels and price points. Dapper is a prominent cast member of Dan Gap’s Spring ’22 campaign. A virtual piece of Zara’s limited-edition capsule is available on Zepeto, a social app that lets users create their own 3D animated versions. It includes three digital items with garments, accessories and make-up – a wall, a floor and a photobooth – designed to enhance the whole experience, the company said on its website.
