Indian producer Ekta Kapoor launches apparel line with Roposo

The new line comes with three collections, Charbagh, Siyahi and Kairi, which include products like bottoms, dupattas and kurtas. Made with 100 percent cotton, the collections are made by Indian artisans.
Indian TV and film producer Ekta Kapoor today announced the launch of her new clothing line in collaboration with entertainment trade platform Roposo, as part of their co-created brand EK. The range will feature contemporary ethnic clothing. The EK brand, which includes home decor and accessories, was launched in November last year.
The Charbagh collection includes floral and nature-themed prints, the ink print is an indigo collection and the Kairi collection contains raw mango themed prints.
“I am thrilled that EK has grown – a brand that I have created with Roposo – by launching our new clothing line. I’m really grateful for the success that EK has had so far. ” Ekta Kapoor Said in a statement.

With the launch of the clothing line in a few months it is gratifying to see it take the next step. Fashion is Roposo’s fastest growing live commerce division and we hope to see strong traction for EK apparel as well. ”
EK’s clothing line could be discovered on Roposo and the lock screen platform Glance.
