Since the smartwatch was first launched by a luxury Swiss brand in 2015, it is interesting to see how luxury brands occupy the smartwatch sector. With precious stone and metal handicrafts, these brands need to create pieces that become luxurious statement and technology wearable. French luxury home Louis Vuitton has launched its latest Timber Horizon Light Up – Mason’s third generation connected watch.

Louis Vuitton’s Timber Horizon takes the third generation of The Light Up connected smartwatches to a whole new level, offering unprecedented levels of customization and personalization. On the outside, the Light Up is available in three versions in a 44 meter case: using PVD coating with polished steel, matte black contrast titanium crowns and logs; And Matt Brown – comes with a PVD that carries the brand’s iconic monogram. Louis Vuitton took the silhouette of the original Tambour watch and adapted it to the connected horizon. The watch features curved sapphire glass, beautifully designed and engineered like a screen, like an infinite pool blending into the distant horizon. The Louis Vuitton monogram has 24 LED lights on the back of the ring that illuminate the clock to create a colored kaleidoscope. Tambour Horizon Light Up is also the first Louis Vuitton attached watch with push buttons on either side of the crown.

LV’s USP – shines with the customization watch. The Light Up has eight built-in dial configurations, one with captivating striped animation – a compliment to Mason’s iconic opening trunks – and the other featuring Vivienne, Mason’s captivating mascot. The watch face can be customized in color rainbow, with 11 bold new gradient. The brand will add more watch faces dedicated to the calendar for seasons, fashion shows and significant dates. The watch also has a quick strap change feature that gives owners access to the vast and colorful world of Louis Vuitton Tambo straps and a deeper level of personalization.
