Sweden’s H&M and Iris Apfel have launched new fun collections
Applefell championes the idea that style and inspiration can come from anywhere and anyone, regardless of price. Inspired by Apfel’s unique nature and even greater aesthetics, the Iris Apfel x H&M Collection offers an assortment of stunning pieces designed for everyone. Clothing and accessories are designed to respect Apple’s unwavering freedom and original sense of style. The collection has a fun mix of textures, patterns and cuts. The original outfit includes a jacquard suit with peeped embroidery and pearl peas, a huge grilled tulle jacket and a fluffy tiered skirt and blouse set in a stunning iris flower print. Canary yellow, emerald green, bright purple, vibrant turquoise and sunset orange, along with a fabulous, brightly colored rainbow enlivened the outfit. A line of jewelry and accessories is also available to complement the outfit. Inspired by Iris Apfel’s love of layering and affection for chunky statement pieces, the accessories are drawn from many themes, including plants, animals and treasures from other worlds, the company said in a media statement.
