American lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret has launched its first design collaboration with athlete and equality advocate Naomi Osaka—Victoria’s Secret x Naomi Osaka. Inspired by self-love, the collection includes a variety of casual sleepwear pieces and intimates. The campaign was shot by photographer Brad Ogbonna and styled by Caroline Fo.
“VS X Naomi Osaka beautifully represents the serenity and happiness that comes when you take a moment to embrace yourself — I believe everyone should prioritize self-care. Collaborated with Victoria’s Secret to design a collection that brings this message to life through dreamlike style. I’m proud to have done. We had a fully immersive design process together where we thoughtfully chose light, soft fabrics in a calming color palette that reflects sunsets and sunrises. I can’t wait for everyone to relax and enjoy wearing each of these pieces, said Naomi Osaka, Athlete, Equality Advocate and Victoria’s Secret Collective Partner.
“We are honored to partner and design with Naomi on our first collaboration with a joint partner. As a champion of self-love and a true inspiration to women around the world, Naomi encourages us all to celebrate our dreams with this special collection. Dreamy color combinations, unique patterns and designed with absolute comfort in mind, each VS X Naomi Osaka piece embodies the beauty and serenity of taking time for yourself, and we look forward to sharing it with everyone,” said Janie Shaffer, Chief Design Officer of Victoria’s Secret.
